Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid Recovery Plus subscriptions purchased directly from Recovery Vault AI.

1. 7-day first-payment refund

If you request a refund of your first payment within 7 calendar days of that initial purchase, we will issue a full refund. This applies to both the monthly ($9.99) and annual ($79.99) Recovery Plus plans.

2. Cancellation at any time

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing portal linked in the app. Cancellation prevents future renewals; you may retain access through the end of the current billing period at our discretion.

3. No prorated refunds after the 7-day window

After the 7-day first-payment window has passed, we do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods, unused days, or renewal charges, except where required by law. This includes both monthly and annual plans.

4. How to request a refund

Email recoveryvault.ai@gmail.com from the address on your Recovery Vault AI account with the words “Refund request” in the subject line. Please include the approximate date of purchase. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

5. What happens to your access

When we issue a full refund of your subscription, we will also cancel the underlying subscription so it does not renew, and Recovery Plus features will be turned off for your account. Your free-tier account and your data remain unless you also request deletion (see the Privacy Policy).

6. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us first — we can usually resolve billing questions the same day. Filing a chargeback with your card issuer without contacting us first will result in immediate suspension of Recovery Plus access pending resolution of the dispute.

7. Founding Member Beta note

The Founding Member Beta is charged immediately, with no 14-day trial. This refund policy is our way of letting you try Recovery Plus with confidence. If Recovery Vault AI is not the right fit, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we will make it right.
